I Am The Universe

In the deep, endless blue, I lose all sense of separation. The boundaries between my body and the cosmos dissolve and I realize – I am not a small piece of the Universe. I am the Universe.

We gaze at the night sky and feel small, convinced that the universe exists beyond us, above us, outside of us. But the greatest truth is the one we have forgotten: The Universe does not surround us – it is within us.
