1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors and customers using this website and purchasing artworks from it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms set by Lori Karamanlian.

2. Products

The website offers original artworks, including paintings and coasters.
All product descriptions, images and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible. Color variations may occur due to screen differences.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in euros unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Lori Karamanlian reserves the right to change prices, update products, or decline/cancel orders. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified via the contact details provided.

4. Shipping

Artworks are packaged carefully and shipped with tracking and insurance.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact lori@karamanlian.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork so a claim can be filed with the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Original artworks

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
To request a return, contact lori@karamanlian.com or use the contact form.
Returned items must be in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5.2 Commissioned/custom artworks

Commissioned artworks are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

5.3 Non-EU customers

For customers outside the EU, all sales are final.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, texts and designs on this website are protected by copyright.
Lori Karamanlian retains all intellectual property rights.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content or images without written permission.

8. Accuracy of Information

Occasionally there may be errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
Lori Karamanlian reserves the right to correct or update information at any time and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

Once the artwork has been delivered and accepted, Lori Karamanlian is not responsible for:

  • natural changes such as slight warping of wooden stretcher frames
  • fading caused by sun exposure
  • humidity damage
  • improper handling, hanging, or storage

No warranty is provided beyond the shipping insurance.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with Lori Karamanlian’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

Lori Karamanlian may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on this page.
Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
